Officials from the Ministry of Education are participating in a capacity-building workshop on strengthening national educational systems from a lifelong learning perspective. The workshop is being organised jointly by the UNESCO Lifelong Learning Institute and the Shanghai Open University. Participants will be informed on lifelong learning policies and enhancing digital capacity in education.

The Commissioner of Police has assured swift investigations in accusations against uniformed officers. Addressing a press conference held on Tuesday by the home sector, the commissioner said action has been taken against 48 police officers this year, including the dismissal of 17 police officers.
