Government and the World Bank has concluded grant negotiations for additional funding for the Maldives Atoll Education Development Project (AEDP) implemented by the Ministry of Education. The Global Partnership for Education will be providing a Grant of US$2.775 million administered by the International Development Association (IDA). The negotiation meeting was attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Education, AG Office and the Ministry of Finance.
