Rock boulders for the LH. Naifaru Land Reclamation and Shore Protection Project were delivered on 25 April 2026, marking the start of revetment works. Reclamation has reached nearly 95% completion, with overall project progress at 70%, placing the development well ahead of schedule.

Work has commenced on improving the parking areas at Aman Udhares Towers 14 and 15, with curb installation and hard landscaping currently underway. The project is expected to ease traffic congestion in the area, particularly addressing issues caused by double parking along the residential side roads.
